1. Services
South Wales Roofing and Carpentry provides professional roofing, joinery, and building maintenance services. All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Quotes and Payment
- Estimates are based on a visual inspection. Should further structural issues be discovered during work (e.g., rotten timbers), we will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
- Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project agreement.
3. Customer Obligations
The customer must ensure safe access to the property for our team and equipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary planning permissions, though we can offer guidance for listed buildings.
4. Liability
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing structural weaknesses in the property. We maintain full public liability insurance for all active projects.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been specially ordered for your project.
